Our full size, ESB DARTH VADER HELMETS are all fiberglass. They are a third generation pull which originally came from one of the EMPIRE STRIKES BACK screen used helmets. Unlike the others on the market, this one has no distorted neck. Our ESB helmets feature amber lenses, machined aluminum billet sensors and the CORRECT screen version, two-tone, paint scheme. WARNING: Remember, these are the FULL-SIZED David Prowse helmets so if you are a five foot Vader keep that in mind. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery. -

They are made of the same material as the originals: Black Wool/Felt with a Matte Satin Lining, Leather Collar and an accurate Black Metal Chain that loops through the collar for a secure attachment. This is out Pleather DARTH VADER BODY SUIT costume. This suit looks and feels EXACTLY like leather but is both lighter and cooler. Although our Body Suit is usually manufactured in Extra Large, we will manufacture to size without extra costs in most cases. Our Exta Larges are perfect for someone 5'-10" to 6'-5" (the model shown in the above photos is 6'-4") and the elastic waist draw-string will allow for an extremely wide variety of waist sizes. Our Body Suit has a cotton backing, the top zips up in back and the pantes are just long enough to fit securely in your boots without excessive, uncomfortable, material. If you have been looking for a realistic DARTH VADER BODY SUIT and are tired of sweating under your present costume, here is a golden opportunity.
